I’m 21 years old, 9weeks 1day pregnant, and I’ll tell you how my first appointment went down. Keep in mind my first appointment was about 7weeks 6days I believe.
I checked into the clinic, filled out about 5-6 pages of paperwork. I was asked a bunch of questions about my family’s health history. 
They made me pee in a cup, and checked my height, as well as my weight. 
I had never had a Pap smear before, so my Obstetrician performed one to make sure I didn’t have anything going on that I didn’t know about. I was screened for cervical cancer, and I got the results in the mail about a week and a half later (that was part of the Pap smear.) 
I was routinely checked for STIs, and STDs, it’s something they do so if you do have anything, they catch it before it reaches and harms baby. 
I also did the glucose test because of my weight being out of the healthy range. & they checked my blood pressure. 
Towards the end I had blood drawn, and I was scheduled for another appointment in 4 weeks!

Depends on when you go in for your first appointment I went at 10 or 11 weeks with all my kids 2 of them i got an  abdominal ultrasounds meaning it was a wand on my belly the other was a vaginal ultrasound and they put the wand inside (it doesn’t hurt just weird feeling), they take you’re height weight blood pressure, answer questions about medical history and family medical history, because you’re under 21 you probably won’t get a PAP but if your provider is old school they may do one you might have blood and usually a urine tests, at the end you can ask questions I suggest putting them in your phone as you think of them so you don’t forget or lose your list if you’re not taking a prenatal vitamin you can ask for a prescription if you’re on Medicaid they cover it if you’re ever uncomfortable with something going on or a test you can deny it and they can’t make you policy isn’t law you have the final say over your body

I went to my first apt at 6 weeks. You will be asked a lot of questions, fill out a lot of paper work. My first ultrasound was done vaginally. I had about 6 tubes of blood took. Question about family history. Give you little books to give you more information.
