Prolapse @30?? Really?

So I have all the signs and symptoms of a uterine prolapse andbim only 30, I had one a couple years ago, but went away, I have had these for 2 weeks now, I don't have insurance and I'm laid off.. To me its kind of embarrassing, although it's not hanging out , I feel it.. I'm pretty sure I know what has caused it, my boyfriend is extremely large and I suffer from chronic constipation, I just want to know if anyone has experienced this and what can I do, and did it ever go away??? I'm worried about how it will affect my relationship.. Please help
