Please help!

I'm having a lot of vaginal itching, discomfort, and bumps around my vaginal entrance. I haven't noticed any foul smells or weird discharge, and I'm not sexually active at all so I know it's not an std/sti, but I can't figure out what's wrong or what to do about it until my gyno appointment.
