Could I be pregnant?

I am 1 week and 1 day late; no signs of AF. Today I went to the bathroom and I am spotting brown discharge when I wipe; but that is it. I have slight pregnancy symptoms like very fatigue, increase of appetite, lower back pain and mild cramping. I am afraid to take a pregnancy test; don't want to get my hopes up.
