Can huggies unscented wipes make yeast infection worse?

I recently got an yeast infection and i have been on the 7 day monistat treatment. I was feeling much better but on the third day i had a long day of travel and used the huggies uncented wipes twice to keep a bit fresh. Later that night my itching came back although light and there was still discharge. I am still continuing my 7 day and took the 4th dose. If i finish the course will it be fine or would the wipes have made it worse?
