TMI ! Spotting pink and white creamy

So we've been ttc since aug22 we lost our daughter in July22 (stillborn ) I usually ovulate around the 12th day (I get ovulationcramps ) Im currentlyon cycle day 19 . My cycle is normally 25 -28 days . I started feeling minor cramps around 2 hours ago . I got up to make some coffee and I felt wet . Like I could feel the discharge . So I went to the restroom and this pinkish white creamy substance was in my underwearand when I wiped but has stopped. I'mpraying this is good news I know how bad fathers day was my husband and were planning a memorial party for our daughter and I wouldlove to give him good news on that day next month . Any advice
