Hi!!

So earlier this month I had mastitis in left breast with most of the general symptoms (fever,chills, soreness, redness) I went to OB which she confirmed and it actually cleared on its own without needing to take the antibiotics she prescribed..or so I thought. About a week and a half later I have a hard lump in the same area (directly next to nipple) not painful, but can sometimes be sore and around the size of a pea.

I’m a little worried because it’s not painful and most everything I’ve read says clogged ducts usually are. And it’s been there about 4 days now.

Last night I tried “dangle pumping”, massaging with heat and a breast massager which seems like it may have softened a little and I’m taking sunflower lecithin and probiotics, but again, I’m worried it may be something other than a clog. :(

Anyone experience a painless clogged duct before?

Or one that lasted longer than a day or two??
