4 month old sleep schedule update
Okay,
My 4 month old was staying up until 5am, waking up around 1pm.
I woke him up at 7:30am this morning. He took a couple naps throughout the day.
It's now 10:46pm and I put him to bed almost 30 minutes ago. He's awake again.
I don't know why he won't sleep through the night. Maybe his formula isn't filling his belly for long enough? Ugh
