Birthday gift for a 3 year old boy?

My daughter just got invited to her first birthday party by a friend from playschool 🥰 she’s been to my own family/friends kids parties but I don’t really know this mom or kid that well so I have no idea what’s a good present to give him?? I was thinking a €20 voucher for a toy shop so he could just pick something for himself but I don’t want to look like I put no effort in either. It’s my first time taking her to someone’s party that I don’t know so I just don’t know what’s socially acceptable. What would you give for a 3 year old boy who you don’t know 🤣 and how much would you spend?
