What is the impact of age on fertility for both men and women? Are there lifestyle changes that can help boost fertility at an older age?

Answer

Women sadly are the one who is affected by ageing when we talk about fertility. However, not just age is the only fertility issue a person can face and neither the sex. A male friend had issues with his sperm that was slow and he was in his early 20st. Young women can have issues with fertility the same than men. I'm a 'old' woman of 40 and currently pregnant while I have a friend who is 41 and is having issues to get pregnant with her second. But she is apparently fine, ovulate and all this things. This is cold secondary infertility, and is not age related. I cared about myself before trying for a baby, eating green veg, taking pregnancy vitamins, fruit, wholemeal rice/pasta, exercise. And I also I took vitamin D, iron and C-Q10 to help to boost the quality of my eggs.
