Edited to add: it was over 10 years ago and it was for “theft”. I’ve looked into a website online that says more than likely if it wasn’t anything HORRIBLE most lawyers/ case workers will discuss everything with you about your charge. Basically the “boss” says he stole something from somewhere and it wasn’t him that done it but yet he got accused and charged!

Has anyone ever been to successfully adopt with their spouse being a felon? His charge was theft, but he was wrongfully convicted! He didn’t do what he was charged for. Could we still adopt?
