Baby name help!

Okay, so my husband and I are planning to name our first born (girl) Peyton- although my SO and I are arguing over how it should be spelt. I think it should be 'Peyton' but he thinks it should be spelt 'Payton', what do you guys think ?? 
-also wasn't quite sure what category to put this in 😁
