Morning after pill

My partner and I had unprotected sex, he didn't cum inside me but I freaked and I know it was irresponsible of us to do it. But I got the one tablet dose morning after pill and took it 7 hours after we had sex. I'm still worried, what are the chances of me ending up pregnant?
