My son is teething very bad. He has 8 teeth total since he was 6 months old and now has 6 barely poking through his gums. He’s so upset and in a lot of pain and makes me so sad when I can’t help my baby. He is 1 year old and I need help figuring out what to do to help him feel better?

I’ve tried medicine when he absolutely needs it but it only upsets his tummy ( he has a sensitive stomach always has), oragel, gripe water, frozen foods and cloths.

Im just so at a loss and want to help my little man feel better. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
