Going to work after a FET?

Hi Ladies. Just curious if your doctors recommended you to stay home for a day or 2 after your FET, or said to go to work? I work in a hospital where I can be on my feet for multiple hours, and sometimes have a physically challenging job. It’s also a very toxic and stressful environment. So just curious if you think it’s best to take it easy?

My clinics protocol is 48 hours bedrest. Strict bedrest actually. My first cycle failed. So did it matter?? I don’t think so, but I would take a couple days off to stay relaxed. I’m an oncology nurse so I also work around a lot of toxic drugs, on my feet, lifting etc. So not a bad idea to have a couple days off to relax. All the best!

I work at a hospital too and i took the whole week off for my transfer just the be safe and stay calm. But i wasn’t adviced to do this, just my idea. I was told no strenuous efforts for a few days otherwise live my life.

My doctor didn’t tell me one way or another but I always take the first 48 hours to rest and relax as I feel like that’s the most crucial time for my body to really relax!

I was told 48 hour bedrest - which meant three days off work total, and then I was able to work remotely the next day (which was a Friday).
