No, there is no way to get pregnant with twins apart of going through IVF. I'm twin myself and I have not twins and I eat diary that apparently this helps to get  twins.

It doesn't work like that. To have twins it's either in your maternal family line (so if your mom's bloodline has had twins your likelihood of twins is increased) or to have fertility treatment such as IVF would increase the chance of twins. For example my maternal grandmother had two sets of twins, it then skipped my mom's generation entirely and I had fraternal (non identical) twins.
Identical twins are entirely random.
There isn't a magic pill that will increase your chance of twins.

There isnt alot of research but I have read that dairy, conceiving while breast feeding and fertility drugs can increase the chances but only the fertiility drugs have a solid research with promising result. 
Also taking folic acid when trying to conceive but i don’t remember the amount.
