Baby flutters?

I'm 19 weeks today! I feel baby girl move every now and then but she seems to just kind of float around. Does anyone else's little one seem to just chill out and not move a lot? My husbands mom said he was the exact same way when she was pregnant with him. Maybe little girl is just taking after her daddy?
