Why is my discharge this color at 10 weeks?

I went to the doctor two days ago because I thought I had an infection. But everything came out fine so no infection. But my discharge is thick and yellow sometimes then it's white again.

As long as there is no smell, pain or itching, you should be fine but call your doctor or midwife if it will put you at ease. My discharge changed colors and textures too but I checked out fine.
