7 weeks yellowish discharge

Im 7 weeks 2 days. We’ve seen babys heartbeat and hear it and everything it measuring as it should. I started having yellowish discharge. It’s not every time I got to the bathroom. When I wipe there’s nothing there maybe a slight light yellow tint from the actual pee. I’m not having any severe cramping or anything of that sort. Just the usual early pregnancy cramps and other symptoms like nausea/vomit , tired, thirsty.

I had a misscarriage October 2022 at 5 weeks. When I wiped then it was light red/ orange and within a day or two It turned to bright blood with heavier cramping and back pain. Eventually cramps became severe and I started to use a pad and passing clots.

Naturally I’m scared of anything coming out of my vagina, scared it will turn to blood.

Could this be a UTI infection or just hormone changes?
