If baby only feeds one side per feeding..

If baby only feeds one side per feeding at 3 weeks old, would you recommend pumping that other side while baby feeds? Or just alternate each side with each feeding?

Baby eats every two hours so each boob gets drained every four hours currently because I’ve been told pumping this soon is bad, but I don’t want to decrease my supply because of it
