Pampers? Huggies?

Question

Putting together my registry. I’ve been reading that pampers are better for new horns and Huggies are better for movers ? 
Thoughts ? What should I add to my registry? 
I also looked up sizes and they said not To get newborn because the hospital sends you home with so many and they grow out of them by 9lbs.

Pampers ended up giving my baby a rash. We were using Huggies & Pampers, really whatever people gave us lol, and we ended up exclusively using Huggies. I tried Up&Up, Millie Moon, Hello Bello etc and to me they’re all the same. I stick with Huggies because I can buy them at SAMs in the bulk size!

Honestly, I've worked with infants in a daycare setting for 7 years, and it doesn't matter! Really all diapers work the same, ones with the extra anti-blowout pocket are helpful but not critical! Kirkland is a favorite as its affordable. 
My only advice is DO NOT GO WITH HUGGIES. We found a rusty needle in a diaper once, nearly put it on the kid with it sticking out. It was really scary for us and the parents.

I hated pampers personally gave my daughter rashes she always pooped and it would come out the back of the diaper so we switched to Huggies I like them so much more personally

Oh also get bigger sizes like 1 Huggies size 1, a pampers size 2, etc. check and make sure your specific hospital gives diapers because not all of them do. And have. Package (small one) at home anyways because with both of my kids I was using my own home diapers within a day.

Different brands for different kids. I would add all of the ones you want to try to your registry in different sizes. Then you can experiment and find out what’s best for your baby without spending a tonne. I liked pampers best for my first and switched to Kirkland brand (presidents choice gave her a rash and Huggies made her pees stink extra) with my second we did Huggies snugglers and then moved to movers to pampers cruisers)

I never loved Huggies. I liked sams club brand when my son was an infant and having blowouts but now that he’s almost 14 months I use pampers exclusively
