PMDD as a teen
at the age of 15 i was diagnosed by my psychiatrist with PMDD. i even have to take medicine for it and since i am still in highshcool i dont know how yo explain to my teachers that my pain is worse than the average menstrusting person. and how my medicine causes many side effects. Is there anybody that can help me find a way to explain that!
