PLEASE HELP ME.

Okay so my last cycle was June 4th tomorrow makes July 4th my cycles are a bit irregular I want to say it comes every 2 months. Last week I had dizzy spells and throwing up this week I spotted lil pink/ peach discharge and backaches for about 4 days now off and on but mostly on. Anytime I’m having a period my pms includes sore boobs EVERYTIME. This time it’s like pinching feelings in my ovaries and pulling pain in my lower back. I took a first resp the other day it was faint and easy @ home today negative stark white negative. I’m having so many pregnancy symptoms, the vomiting & the spotting is what makes me think pregnancy because I’ve never n life 26 years ever had spotting while only wiping and now the spotting is completely GONE!
