Contractions - breast feeding

Ouch ouch !!!! Gave birth 2 days ago and since breastfeeding I get severe contractions like during labour!!! They go into my back as well! My nipples are majorly sore too.

3rd baby here and never got this with the others! It's very intense and they are proper contractions ahhh what can i do to help? I don't want to give up breastfeeding because it hurts
