A little help here!

Hi there it's my third day of period and my periods this time came 7 days earlier it's quite longer than usual gap it was usually 4 days earlier and im having fever as well and body pain fatigue at the second day and slight stabbing feeling at the right side of pelvic region plus body pain and most important the flow us light than usual not tooo light but light and at third day it's almost light to none ... anyone help is it related to preg im worried 😭
