Implantation bleeding??

I posted earlier today about a possible faint positive pregnancy test. I believe I am 10 or 11dpo. A few hours ago I went to the bathroom and saw some blood when I wiped. It’s happened about 3 times today but there is nothing on my underwear and it’s not every time I go to the bathroom. Could this be implantation bleeding? I never had it with my previous pregnancy but my instincts are telling me I’m pregnant.

So there are many other reasons why you could be bleeding in early pregnancy. Implantation bleeding is actually rare and only diagnosed as such after all other possibilities of bleeding are ruled out. This could be a chemical pregnancy though. I’d see what the bleeding does but call your OB and let them know

Bright red blood tends not to be implantation bleeding and as mentioned above is rare. It’s possible that you received indention lines early and not actual positive lines. I would check with your OB or wait a day or so and see if AF shows up.

Update: Bleeding amount is still about the same and is now brown in color. I’m aware that implantation bleeding is rare, but just because it’s rare doesn’t mean it can’t happen to me. I’ve had a lot of “rare” things happen to me. I had another test this morning that still seems faint. I’m not going to rule out implantation bleeding unless I get AF.
