Having bleeding during very early intrauterine pregnancy with adnexal cyst

Hello, I am 7 weeks 6 days pregnant. For the past 7 days, I have been bleeding a little bit every 2 days with dirty discharge. I got tvs done by doctor. There have been very early intrauterine pregnancy

and nothing. A large cyst appeared in the right ovary. hpc injection and medicine going on also bleeding, can anyone tell please is the bleeding due to cyst or some other reason? The cyst is an adnexal cyst
