What kind of bumps do these look like ? Tmi...
I wear pads , and I shave like once a week down there so could this be a rash or razor bumps ? Or is this what herpes look like ? They don't hurt or anything , just itch

Razor bumps.. Try using deodorant after shaving. I know its weird but i do it all the time and i have no bumps on me. Also try using a better razor, the cheap ones always suck. Hope his helps.

Try shaving creme from bath and body works, it gives soo much moisture while shaving.dont use shaving gel that foams , those make my skin red af

You have quite thick hair so I think a mixture of razor bumps/rash and ingrown hairs. Maybe try waxing?

Razor rash or ingrown hairs. Try using witch hazel or tea tree oil to clear them up
