Is there any kind of meds that helped you concieve? Me and my fiance have been ttc 3years with no luck :( I have polycystic ovaries? Just wondering what I could try even just to regulate my periods Thankyou x

I have PCOS too... I was on Metformin for 3 months then stopped as I didn't see any change in my symptoms.

I did a lot of research and starting taking MYO-Inositol & DCI Inositol supplements, along with pre-natal vitamins and vitamin d. I've noticed a huge positive change in my symptoms with the inositol.

I take 4,000g MYO-Inositol (2,000g in a.m. and 2,000 in p.m.) and take the DCI-Inositol at night.

I've also been reading a lot about Vitex (aka Chasteberry) helping resume and regulate periods in people with irregular periods - but if you have PCOS you should talk to your doctor first. Many women with PCOS have high LH levels and taking Vitex can make matters worse, but if your LH levels are normal, then Vitex might be a good idea.

I'm not sure what my LH levels are, but I have an appointment on Jan. 13 and am hoping to find out.
