Im fat
I feel absolutely awful about my body. Please can someone give me advice. im “skinny fat”, super untoned. I look awful in every outfit unless it’s sucks me in and “tones” me up. I was thinking of getting a walking pad that has high speeds, and trying to run on that everyday. I work full time very long hours so it’s hard for me to go to the gym. Also what diet do u recommend for shedding pounds? What can I do that will show major results?? Please help.
