Period after birth
I'm 4 weeks postpartum and not breastfeeding. My bleeding started to lighten up quite a bit then all of a sudden I woke up one day to pretty extreme period cramps and dark red blood and it was much heavier than it was. I'm also loosing small blood clots like I would if I was on my period. Is 4 weeks too soon to get a period?
