Has anyone had cysts vs follicles?

I just recently got an ultrasound done and there were multiple cysts like follicles on my left ovary. Right ovary looked fine. Could this cause infertility issues? Has anyone experienced this before??

I was diagnosed with the same but in my right ovary The largest follicle measures 1.7 cm !! Any updates!
