What sleep positions have helped alleviate back pain during pregnancy?

Hi, ladies! Back pain can be a real struggle during pregnancy, especially when it comes to sleep. Have any of you discovered sleep positions that provide relief from back pain? Let's share our experiences and support each other in finding some sweet relief!

I struggle with chronic back pain… so much so the only way I can sleep is on my back but with a lot of pillows behind me so it’s like I’m laying in a recliner. I’ve been given the okay to sleep like this my entire pregnancy because it’s not flat on my back which is when you can run into issues with compressing the blood flow to baby. I slept like this my entire pregnancy with my son and plan on it this time. I did buy a $70 pregnancy pillow but I can tell you it didn’t help me. If you don’t normally have the pain though you maybe could get some relief if you try one of the pregnancy pillows. They have some awesome ones all kinds of shapes. I found the one that worked best but still didn’t cut it for me was a full u shape with belly support

A whole body pregnancy pillow is great as you can lie back onto it rather than stay on your side the whole time. 
Also - an osteopath can help ease the pain so it’s not bothering you so much
