Confused… need some input

TTC for 14 cycles. 9 biochemical losses.

Normal cycle is 28 days like clockwork. I am on metformin for insulin resistance.

I am on cycle day 32 and no period or spotting. CM is creamy. Nipples/breasts are sore and sensitive, mild twinges (no normal cramps, usually very severe cramping before period)

. Fatigue headaches and I got motion sickness yesterday in the car (not normal for me).

had a BFN this morning… I feel like this is pregnancy… if you have any input please share I am confused and I just want to know if I am or am not pregnant.. I’m currently on vacation and am wondering WHEN or IF I will get a positive test 🥲 test brand today was first response early result
