My sister never took prenatals and her 4 kids are all healthy and thriving academically, socially, mentally, physically, etc. If you eat a healthy diet it’s fine, and especially focus on foods high in folate, protein, iron, etc. I personally have terrible eating habits when I’m pregnant so I take Seeking Health prenatals because they test for heavy metals and they are very bioavailabe. I also drink Just Ingredients protein shakes with added collagen since they test for heavy metals as well. My kids love Just Ingredients protein shakes too.
