Milk bleb

So I’ve had a milk bleb for a few weeks now, today it’s been extra painful, anyway when my baby went to nurse it was super painful and she popped it? There was also blood that came out and now it’s really sore. It’s also really painful to feed her with that breast, if I use my pump with that breast, will that keep my supply up? Is this normal for it to bleed?
