You shouldn’t test before at least 10 days. You will have HCG in your system from your trigger shot. It take about 10 days to leave your system, sometimes shorter or sometimes longer depends on the person. If you don’t mind testing out your trigger shot, you can take a test everyday. 
But personally I would wait until 12-14 days. I know the 2 week wait is hard, but it’s harder if you take a test and think you are pregnant and get excited just to find out it was actually from your shot. I know from experience.
