Ladies, have you tried any natural remedies to manage varicose veins during pregnancy?

I'm looking for some natural remedies or home remedies to ease the discomfort and appearance of varicose veins. Any suggestions or success stories?

Literally nothing works.   I’m typically a runner but since my bladder now wins, I’ve been trying to walk 45 min a day on my treadmill.  Apparently walking helps. It doesn’t.  I wear compression socks a lot.  It doesn’t help.  Belly band, nope.  I elevate every night.  Nothing.  My right leg is completely bruised looking from the veins and it shoots up my thigh, back of leg, and into my vag.  It burns every time I stand up or stand in one place for too long. Really really sucks but I think the only relief is birth at this point. 😩 sorry you’re going through it too!
