I’m getting ready to have to quit to stay home with my kids. All our daycares are full and the babysitters we have tried are not consistent. We found one and loved her but she’s moving 😭 now we have an 18 year old watching them but my husband is in and out all day. He’s afraid to leave them because when he was there she fell asleep on the couch and told him that is he is there any then she will not change diapers. We have a 2 year old and a 10 month old. My 10 month old is having some separation anxiety but is still a good baby and mostly calm. She likes to mainly stay on her phone near him and he gets upset because he wants it. She told my husband that most babies don’t cry like that or want to be held like he does and that I just hold him to much. I had so much anger that I wanted to fire her right then
