I had one bout of spotting at 23 weeks.  Called the doctor and was told to take it easy. I haven't had sex since my 1st trimester so i ruled that out.  I was told to pay attention to my son's movemnets and if they stopped to go to the hospital.  That was over a week ago and i think it was stress related.

Try to relax and call your Dr. to see what they say.  I have heard it is not uncommon to have spotting in the 2nd trimester .

If ur peeing a lot it could be a urine infection but get checked anyway.

I have not personally experienced that in any of my successful full term pregnancies. Any time blood is involved, I'd say a call to your OB or midwife is in order.
