5 weeks pregnant - Diarrhea

On my third pregnancy currently. 5 weeks tomorrow 💖 only symptom I'm experiencing is diarrhea. Multiple times a day since last Friday (4 weeks then) . Anyone else experience this? I haven't with my two other pregnancies. I read sometimes it means symptoms for twins???
