Expressed breast milk bottle feeding

Hey all, our baby is almost 4 weeks old. He’s been taking 100ml (just over 3ounces ) every 3 hours of expressed breast milk and getting burped between ounces. We’ve been at that many ounces for a week and it’s working great but the past few days I’ve noticed hes not getting tired after his bottles. In fact he’s drinking them and shortly after his eyes are wide open, he is squirming, growling and fussy. We have to pick him up to control crying but he’s just unable to settle even while holding him.

Where are we going wrong ?!

Should we be giving him more food to get him down ?!
