swollen legs/feet

i was in the hospital 9th-12th for kidney stones. i’m 35+6. i have 4 stones, one measuring up to 8 mm. they gave me a bunch of fluids to help flush the stones and i had a stent put in my bladder but i haven’t passed anything. i’ve been off fluids for about 32 hours now. they said swelling should go away within a few days but it’s only gotten worse. i’ve been resting when i can & drinking fluids. my legs are starting to crease from how big they are. my blood pressure was okay when i was in there so they weren’t worried about pre eclampsia but shouldn’t the swelling be improving not getting worse??
