Tick bite first trimester

Hello,

My family member just spotted a tick latched behind my knee. When pulled off with tweezers there was a dot of blood. The tick looks like what I think a dog tick. No idea how long it was on maybe just today.. I walked on grass but it was only about 2-3 inch high. Please advise if you were in a similar situation and what ended up happening. I read for pregnant people doctors just wait and watch and don’t give prophylactic antibiotics. Below is a picture of the tick.
