My eldest is just about to turn two.. his younger brother came along a month ago. The first month was fine, kisses his brother on the head or the foot to say hello but otherwise has just gone about his day as normal. We have tried to keep things normal and made sure he gets one on one time with both of us.. then all of a sudden the last few days my eldest has started showing aggression towards his brother. Gritting his teeth and running at the cot and thrusting his fist out in his direction and screaming, bashing toys up against him.. this is happening when the baby cries. I understand he’s frustrated and I explain he’s hungry or has wind but when I tell him ‘no don’t hit him, that’s naughty’ or ‘no’ generally, he laughs?!

Has anyone got any advice? I was panicking and made myself sick last night because I’m just not sure how to do this. I feel like I don’t know what I’m doing 😭
