First time mom and HIV+

Hi all. I’m currently in my second trimester and have been HIV positive for about 3 years now.

I had not planned this pregnancy. My CD4 and viral load have been suppressed for about 2 years and all is well.

I’d just like to know from anyone who has been on this journey, if there’s anything I should know, look out for, consider etc.
