15 weeks pregnant urine smell

I am 15 weeks pregnant. Since the start of my pregnancy, I have been having a strong urine smell in my bottoms. It smells so strong and I have confirmed with my doctor it may not be a UTI, the odor is just different. She also tested me for BV and it came back negative so what can be the issue? Am I dehydrated or could it be something with what I eat? It’s kinda unbearable and smells so so weird.
