Castor Oil in Navel cause bleeding ?

Has anyone every tried the castor oil in navel because of the benefits ? I recently did and it made my period come a week early… I’m suppose to be ovulating this week and I’ve been spotting & light bleeding i also passed clot blood at least it looked it could be loosen cyst I don’t know cuz clot blood and Cyst looks similar .. cuz why I’m passing clot when I’m not on period 😩😩😩.. has anyone ever tried this and experienced this…. I also have mild cramping right thru i hope the light bleeding stops
