Need advice!

I'm 9 days late and decided to take a test this morning. The directions said to wait 3 min. After what seemed like forever, I checked and it was negative. However, I came back an hr later and it was positive!! I'm planning on taking 2 more in the morning to be sure. I'm also experiencing mild cramps and very, very, light if any spotting. Don't want to get my hopes up. Could I be preggo??? Or do you think I'm actually about to have a visit from AF and just experienced a false negative??
