Postpartum smells

I recently stopped bleeding after birth a little less than a week ago and am currently 2 and a half weeks postpartum. I noticed now that I’m not bleeding I smell awful and so does the pad in my underwear. Like old blood and sweat smell. I still have a yellowish discharge that I was told is normal and have very light spotting on and off. Is this smell from everything healing? I had a bad 1st degree tear which was super painful. Is this normal to experience postpartum?
